How to change Meter to Yard? How to change Feet to Meter?

For some models,like KM-C KM-D KM-F KM-G KM-J and other models,you just press the top two buttons(model button +turn on/off button) like the picture at the same time for 3 seconds ,can change units.For full screen operation models like MAC,can press the units symbol to change it.
